This lovely home has three bedrooms, including a master suite off by itself on the second floor. If the weather dares to be inclement for a day during your stay, the sitting area portion of the master bedroom will allow you to enjoy the breathtaking views while reading or playing card and board games. The two bedrooms downstairs shares a bathroom with large walk-in shower, perfect for those with limited mobility. The kitchen is spacious, open and completely modern in its amenities. The layout of the house and porch is ideal for those with limited mobility. Outside, there is access to the water from the property, and murmurs of surf can often be heard from the house and porch. This not-too-large but not-too-small cottage is the perfect size for a family of 4-6, and Bailey Island offers beaches, restaurants, Casco Bay Ferry Tours and dramatic rock formations at Giant Stairs.
