Sea Breeze Hill sits high on the eastern side of Bailey Island. Though ocean views are limited from the house itself, salty ocean breezes are not--and they are most welcome during Summer months. This charming, updated 1940's cottage is within walking distance of Cedar Beach, the Bailey Island General Store, Giant Stairs Cafe, Mackerel Cove and Cook's Lobster House. The rustic charm has been carefully preserved and updated amenities added. The cottage enjoys a large lawn that allows youngsters to run off pent-up energy, and the local side streets are great for long walks. At the end of the driveway you will look straight out to the open ocean, and a short block away is deeded access to the rocky waterfront with its tide pools and bold surf.  Spend your Summer vacation on an island on the coast of Maine--to experience what those who have gone before you cherish--the sights, sounds and salty tang of the rockbound coast of Maine!
