It has three bedrooms, plus a sleeping loft, two bathrooms, a laundry room, a kitchen that overlooks the dining room, a living room, two studies and a sleeping loft. Outside is a spacious deck, lawn and gardens, an outdoor shower and a small stream down to the ocean. A perfectly maintained wide swath of grass leads you to the rock-bound shoreline complete with ledges, a beach and tide pools.
